San Millan de la Cogolla, birth of the Castellano

La Gloria Factory where we can enjoy an outdoor menu near the river, since the restaurant works thanks to the hydraulic energy generated by a turbine with the passage of water. We will also have the possibility of visiting the factory museum where they will teach us how flour was made in ancient times with all mechanical processes.
